Documents Required:

• Paid fee challan.
• CNIC of applicant and Guardian
• Intermediate or F.A/Fsc/I.com etc. result card
• Domicile
• Income Certificate/Salary slip pension copy etc.
• Fee receipt of self and brother/sister's studying 
• All Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Telephone, and Water)
• Death Certificate Disability Certificate/Medical Certificate etc (if required)

Note: Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained strictly.
